Who we are
BuyBestCloud is an independent marketplace that resells access to cloud platform accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the cloud providers whose platforms are listed on this site. All provider names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe which platform an account belongs to.
What you are buying
Each listing describes a specific account configuration on a named cloud platform. The configuration and price shown at checkout are what you are purchasing. Where a listing mentions credits, quotas or features, those describe the account as supplied; they are not a commitment by the underlying cloud provider to you.
Provider terms still apply
Every cloud platform has its own terms of service and acceptable use policy. Those terms govern your use of the account. You are responsible for reading them and for complying with them, including any rules the provider sets about account ownership and transfer. Nothing purchased here overrides a provider’s own agreement with you.
Your responsibilities on handover
Once account credentials are handed over, securing the account is your responsibility. At minimum you should change the password, enable multi-factor authentication, replace the contact and billing details with your own, and review any existing users or access keys. Acceptable use
Accounts bought here must be used lawfully. You may not use them for fraud, unauthorised access to systems you do not own, unsolicited bulk email, distribution of malware, or any activity prohibited by the cloud provider or by applicable law. We may decline or cancel orders where we believe the intended use breaches this section.
Availability and pricing
Configurations and prices listed on the site can change. The price shown at the point of checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue or business arising from your use of a cloud account.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
